HOW YOU CAN PROVE THAT YOU ARE A MEMBER OF A PARTICULAR SOCIAL GROUP WITHIN THE MEANINGS OF ASYLUM LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND QUALIFY FOR ASYLUM GREEN CARD?
We can take example of a recent case discussed in one my blogs posted at
http://asylum2greencard.blogspot.com/
and
http://asylum2greencard.blogspot.com/2012/10/malala-yousufzai-case-is-clear-oicture.html
Malala is not one isolate case and "No" you do not have to get shot in the head at close range twice to be eligible for asylum in the United States. One does not have to be personally and physically acid burned or have their nose chopped off by the extremists in her country. These are the cases that demonstrate the "pattern and practice" of mistreatment, abuse, inhuman and savage practices aimed at a particular group of human beings in a particular country based on the social or religious norms of that country. In the case of Malala, that particular group is formed and defined as "women" and "girls: in the context of such countries and the social and religious practices of those countries which to this day not only deny equality to women and girls but also subject them to barbarism in the name of honor, society, religion and so on. A woman or a girl from one of these countries where such practices are prevailing and the government does nothing to eradicate these practices may qualify to become eligible for asylum or refugee status green card in the United states based on her ''membership in a particular social group" and /or "gender based asylum" in the USA.
As per a journalist analysis as below:
According to this fairly accurate analysis all elements for asylum are met and it is crystal clear that there exists a specific class and a social group of women in Pakistan and other similar countries members of which are subject to "a pattern and practice" of persecution by militant groups which the government of that country is unwilling or unable to stop or control. Moreover, options of internal relocation are out of the question in such countries. please click below.

As per a journalist analysis as below:
Analysis
Even if Malala Yousafzai survives, life is not going to be the
same for her and her family. No place in Pakistan is safe for people
targeted by militant groups. She may have to live under state security
or in asylum abroad. In either case, her life and her ability to
campaign for girls' education in north-western Pakistan will be severely
limited.
Malala Yousafzai rose to fame because of her innocent but
courageous desire to attend school, which translated into a one-girl
campaign of resistance when Taliban captured Swat valley in 2009 and
ordered girls' schools closed. Several hundred in Swat and neighbouring
Bajaur and Mohmand were destroyed. Only a few in urban areas have been
rebuilt.
The government's inability to rebuild is matched by its
ambivalence towards the Taliban, which has enabled them to carry out
acts of sabotage with impunity. The question is, will it change now? The
attempt on Malala Yousafzai's life has shocked and angered the nation,
and reports from parliament suggest a wider anti-Taliban consensus might
be in the works - something Pakistan's fractious politicians have
rarely achieved before.
